Its extremely useful and easy to use and its foldable feature helps makes storage so much easier. Coupled with the feature where the table has the ability to be tilted for easy reading and adjustable for laptop working makes this a fantastic tool either for breakfast in bed or working from the comfy of your bed.
The only flaw about this is that it is rather heavy and bulky and makes moving around rather difficult |

| I've been purchasing these bed trays for almost 20 years now. They are great for reading while in bed or in a lounge chair. You can put the top down and play cards, or use a laptop and mouse on it. The mouse glides real smoothly over the white laminate top. The downside of these bed trays is that the legs break easily. I get about one years use out of them then have to throw them away and purchase a new one. I've tried to glue the legs back together with wood glue but they never stand right once they've come loose. I used to pick these up for $10 around the holidays at a major department store that no longer exists. Now, the only trays I can find in the stores are the one with the permanent flat tops. I'm using one now and it's very inconvenient because I read a lot and the flip top tray allows me to hold a heavy book and turn the pages without holding it in my lap. Unfortunately, I can't find them cheaper then those sold on Amazon, but I have to say they are probably only worth $10 because the construction is not great. Why do I keep buying these then? Well, because they are light weight, fold down so I can put them in a corner when not in use, don't have handles to get in the way, the legs allow them to sit on a surface instead of in your lap, and are good for just about anything you would need a lap tray for. |
