This is a very hand bowl and everyone in the kitchen knows it's for garbage. Not very heavy and holds a lot. Saves me from having to continually go to he trash can.

My kitchen does not have room for a trash can so I had been keeping a plastic grocery bag on the counter for trash - which did not work out so well if I had wet or messy garbage. I bought one of these bowls a couple of month ago and now I cannot imagine how I got along without it. Sometimes I line it with a plastic bag and just tie up the bag and toss it when I clean up the kitchen. Even my 21-year old son who laughed at me when I first got it now admits it's very handy and useful. I know I probably could have bought any big plastic bowl at the $1 store but there is just something so much better about this bowl.

Great Size with many uses other than a garbage bowl. Used this quite often for potato salad, mixing batters. Its size makes it quite versatile in the kitchen. Would highly reccomend this product.

It is exactly as described. It's deep enough to toss garbage into when you are prepping for a meal and it would also be a great salad bowl or popcorn bowl.
